Intermediate Consulting Package

This package is ideal for those locations wishing to add hyperbaric medicine to an existing wound care program.  Adding this modality will increase your scope of service to your community and potential revenue generation.  The following services are included in this package:

• Items outlined in Basic Services
• Hyperbaric chamber vendor relationships
• Assessment of current facility operations, feedback and support
• Review of policy and procedures, treatment protocols, and forms
• Revenue cycle/denial management assessment and support
• Vendor preferred pricing/support for EMR system
• Marketing assessment and materials content recommendations
• Monthly Hyperbaric Safety Updates
• HBO technical assistance: telephone or email
• Telephone physician support
• Onsite visits by consultant (2 minimum)
• Provision of certified Hyperbaric Medicine course for all physicians (CME) and program staff-onsite
• Resume review and staff interviewing assistance
• Onsite technical training/core competencies (5 days at opening)
• JCAHO survey and UHMS accreditation preparation assistance
